1. Select The Perfect Location
If you haven’t selected a home site yet, Green Goose Homes can help you find the perfect site for your new dream home. Already own your home site? Great! Move ahead to STEP 2.
We can help guide you through home site selection, and we can even help you complete your home site contract, and find the right coordinating lender. Remember, we make it easy!
2. Personalize Your Home Plan
We want you to truly enjoy the experience of designing your home so we help you to see and experience what your home will look and feel like before it’s built. Here’s how:
Model Home: We have a beautiful finished and furnished model home that you can visit with an appointment.
Custom Plan Personalization: We can help you personalize one of our home plans or bring in your favorite plan to suit your needs. This will ensure that your new home will fit perfectly on your home site.
Design Inspiration: View our online galleries to get ideas from the work we’ve previously done- from exteriors, to kitchens, baths, bedrooms, and more.
3. Enjoy The Building Process
Throughout the building process, we will meet several times with you to ensure that Green Goose Homes is meeting your expectations, budget, and timeline. Our field supervisor will provide you with frequent progress reports, and is available to answer any questions you may have during construction.
Once your home is completed you can enjoy peace of mind with our builder warranty program. We will contact you several times during the first year to be sure there are no issues that we need to address.
